We offer free shipping for orders over 20€. Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day. Others are sent the next non-holiday weekday. You will receive an email when your package has been sent. Current delivery time is 2-3 working days.

For packages that are not claimed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, shipping fee and handling fee, currently 15€ .

We understand that sometimes you need to hold the book in your hands before you know. So if you decide you're not "the perfect match", we'll send you a return label at the cost of 8€. The only thing we ask is that we get the product back in the same great condition as you received it, so that it can find a new home.

Your can return your book within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch with the order number to hello@stackingstories.com.

We offer several different payment methods. Please let us know if you have any payment issues and we'll be happy to help.

All complaints (damaged or incorrect goods) must be made within one week of receipt of delivery. Complaints should be sent to hello@stackingstories.com – please also send a picture of the product and the packaging. If the complaint is accepted (we are very nice, promise) we always offer to refund your money or send a new book if you wish.

We understand that sometimes you have to squeeze and feel before you know. So order the book, open it and flip through it. If you decide you are not "the perfect match", you can send it back to the cost of 8€. The only thing we wish is that the book is in original condition.

Yes, we have adapted the content of the book so that it works for everyone. Regardless of whether you live same-sex, without a partner or nuclear style. In the book, it always says "I" instead of mom or dad and the child is always referred to as "you", which means you can write directly to your child regardless of who you are.⁠⁠

The books are sold via a few selected stores in Europe, but unfortunately we cannot see who has the books in stock. We do have a showroom in Stockholm if you happen to swing by!

Yes! All our books have several pages that are adapted for pasting photos - or writing a little freehand, drawing something or inserting other memories.
