We offer free shipping within Sweden for orders over 70 EUR. For orders under 70 EUR, the shipping cost is 5 EUR.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. Others are shipped on the next non-holiday weekday. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped. Delivery time is 2-4 business days.
If a package is not collected, a fee of 15 EUR will be charged for return shipping, handling fee, and administration. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
We understand that sometimes you want to hold a book in your hands before you know if it's the right match. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. A return fee of 8 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
- Notify us via hello@stackingstories.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it – so please pack it carefully.
- Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.
All complaints (damaged or faulty goods) must be made within one week of receiving the delivery. Complaints should be sent to hello@stackingstories.com. Please include a photo of the product and its packaging. We always cover the return shipping cost for complaints, and will refund your money or send a new book if desired.
Please check that your contact details are correct before completing your order. Once the order has been placed, it usually cannot be changed.
To change the name or pick-up location on a shipped package, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged, corresponding to the shipping company's fee.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, you will be charged 15 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.
