SHIPPING
Orders placed before 12:00 will ship the same day. Other orders will ship on the next working day. Current delivery times are 5–7 working days. We use climate-friendly logistics solutions in order to ensure timely deliveries and to minimise our CO₂ emissions. This means that your package will be delivered via PostNord to your nearest collection point. You will receive a text message or an email (depending on your preferences) when your package is ready to be collected.

You can pay via Klarna or PayPal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email to hello@stackingstories.com, cite your order number in the subject heading and write us a message which clearly states that you wish to return your order. Your 14 days begin on the day you take delivery of your order. You are responsible for keeping the item in the same condition as when you received it. If your item is damaged or misplaced, you will lose your right of withdrawal.

Return address: Stacking Stories AB, Bryggavägen 143, 178 51 Ekerö, Sweden. You cover the costs of return shipping.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for your item within no later than 30 days from the date on which we receive your item in good condition.

COMPLAINTS
All complaints (damaged or defective items) must be made within a week from receipt of delivery. Send your complaints to hello@stackingstories.com. Please attach a photo of the product and its packaging. We always pay for the return shipping of damaged and defective items and will provide you either with a refund or with a new book if desired.

PRIVACY POLICY
By registering an account and making an order, you agree that we may store and use your details in order to fulfil our agreement with you. In accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act, you are entitled to access the information we have stored on you. If these data are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be amended or deleted.
